History:

  • A family owned and operated business and have been building quality Brisbane homes for more than 30 years.
  • Sunvista Homes Pty Ltd was established in 1990 as a family affair between parents Jan & Jim Barnes and their son Troy.
  • 30 years later in 2020 Sunvista Homes have built more than 1,500 homes in Brisbane and South East Queensland!

  • In 1996, brother Trent Barnes joined the Sunvista Team as a Director.
  • Trent is experienced as a qualified domestic and commercial plumber, gas fitter and metal roofer, therefore Trent’s experience in these fields and made sure their quality in this area was second to none.
  • Sunvista Homes now employs a number of registered builders to carry out all our carpentry work. This makes construction on even the most difficult jobs run smoothly.
